Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order from the time you place it.

Orders will be shipped via USPS, with a tracking number sent as soon as your order ships.

Vote Baby Vote products ship free, with vintage items shipping at a flat rate of $10.
Free shipping for orders over $125.
IN STORE PICKUP
If you are located in the Bay Area and would like to pick up your order in person,
please select "In Store Pickup" for your shipping option at check-out.

Items may be picked up at our workshop address: 111 Industrial Road, Suite 12 in Belmont, CA.
​
You will be contacted upon placing your order to figure out a time that works for you.
As we do not have set operating hours, we cannot guarantee availability
but are flexible for weekday or weekend pickup.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product when reaching out.
We will replace the item to the best of our ability, depending on stock.
​
Vintage items are one of a kind, and as such cannot be replaced if damaged.
We reserve the right to hold the customer responsible for return postage of any return or exchange
for an undamaged product.
