Pyoorist (pronounced like "purist") was born out of a respect for design traditions and a love for breaking them. What a better way to move forward than to bring the best of the past with us? This shop is a place to share in that love with all of you.

 

I believe that everything in your home should serve a purpose, whether it's for beauty or function. But I also believe that one doesn't have to come at the expense of another. Besides, beautiful things can serve their own function just by being beautiful.

My goal is to bring unique and affordable home decor to shoppers on a modest budget, looking for something a little more exciting than current big box offerings. I hope to do this through a selection of vintage and refurbished items, as well as hand-crafted pieces from my work shop and from other local makers.
